55Â minute, 1-on-1 Counselling
Counselling provides a space for you to safely explore your thoughts, feelings and actions. It provides a space for us to examine your life, and the current problems you are facing, ultimately engaging with solution-focused action. Each session is based on the unique needs of each individual client.
Rates are on a sliding scale from $100-120 + GST
